BeyondDisplay · MacBook and Mac mini

Use a MacBook as a monitor for Mac mini.

Mirror mode lets a MacBook show and operate a Mac mini, which is helpful when the Mac mini has no dedicated monitor nearby.

MacBook screen, Mac mini session

If you keep a Mac mini for builds, media, automation, or a second workspace, you may not want to keep a separate display connected all the time. BeyondDisplay lets the MacBook become the place where you view and operate that Mac mini.

Use Mirror mode when you want access to the Mac mini itself. Use Extend mode when you want another Mac to become extra desktop space for your current Mac.
