BeyondDisplay · Mac mini guide

Use a Mac mini without a monitor.

BeyondDisplay can mirror a configured Mac mini to another Mac, so you can view and operate the Mac mini without keeping a dedicated display attached.

Control a headless Mac mini from another Mac

A Mac mini is often used on a desk, in a cabinet, or beside another Mac. Once it is set up and running BeyondDisplay, Mirror mode can show the Mac mini on another Mac and let you operate it there.

This is useful when you do not want a permanent monitor for the Mac mini, or when you only need to check it occasionally. It is not a hardware adapter, and it does not replace the initial macOS setup.
